Open your home. Make a difference. Support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a safe, family-style environment.
A Host Home Provider offers a safe, supportive, and stable home environment for individuals enrolled in the HCS or TxHmL waiver programs. This model allows individuals to live in a family-style setting while receiving personalized care and support.

Create a clean, secure, and welcoming home environment where individuals feel safe, respected, and supported in their daily lives. This includes maintaining a structured routine and ensuring overall health and safety within the home.

Assist individuals with daily activities such as meals, personal care, and community involvement while encouraging independence and skill-building based on their individual needs and service plan.

Work closely with Pitre Housing and the individual’s support team by maintaining communication, following care plans, attending required trainings, and helping ensure quality, person-centered services.
At Pitre Housing Residential Care, our mission is to provide safe, supportive, and person-centered residential services that promote independence, dignity, and overall well-being.
