Create a clean, secure, and welcoming home environment where individuals feel safe, respected, and supported in their daily lives. This includes maintaining a structured routine and ensuring overall health and safety within the home.

Assist individuals with daily activities such as meals, personal care, and community involvement while encouraging independence and skill-building based on their individual needs and service plan.

Work closely with Pitre Housing and the individual’s support team by maintaining communication, following care plans, attending required trainings, and helping ensure quality, person-centered services.

We work closely with our providers by offering guidance throughout the onboarding process, ongoing communication, and continued support to ensure quality care. Our team is committed to building strong partnerships and providing the resources needed to create successful, well-supported home environments.
We are seeking compassionate, reliable individuals and families who are committed to providing a supportive home environment. Experience in caregiving is helpful but not required — we provide guidance and training to help you succeed.
