Yolanda, RN, BSN is the founder of Pitre Housing, a provider of Host Home and Residential Support Services through the Texas HCS and TxHmL waiver programs.

With years of nursing experience and a strong background in care coordination, health and safety oversight, and advocacy, Yolanda created Pitre Housing with one goal in mind: to provide individuals with safe, stable, person-centered homes where they are treated with dignity and respect. 

Yolanda is known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to doing things the right way. She believes that quality care starts with high standards, strong communication, and providers who are truly invested in the well-being of the people they serve.

At Pitre Housing, Yolanda takes a hands-on approach. She is actively involved in reviewing referrals, approving Host Home providers, training caregivers, and ensuring that every placement is a good fit. She expects excellence, accountability, and integrity from everyone representing the company.
